PROBLEMS OF DIGITALIZATION IN STATE STRUCTURES ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE ROSPOTREBNADZOR DEPARTMENT IN THE CHUKOTKA AUTONOMOUS OKRUG

Abstract

The article discusses the basic concepts and problems in the implementation of the digitalization strategy and the introduction of services in state supervisory institutions, both on the example of the Rospotrebnadzor Department in the Chukotka autonomous okrug, and on a general scale at the level of federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation. Research methods such as analysis, comparison, description and others were used. The problems of fragmentation of services, their disorder, technical difficulties, the role and participation of government workers in digital systems, as well as proposals for ways to solve existing problems and make adjustments for more efficient operation of services and further implementation of the digitalization strategy of the Russian Federation are considered.
