PROSPECTS OF IT TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ELECTRIC POWER INDUSTRY
Abstract
This article explores the prospects of using OTT technologies in the electric power sector, paying special attention to how they increase efficiency, improve the quality of customer service, as well as the problems associated with their integration.
