COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE TREATMENT OF CHF OF DIFFERENT STAGES IN PATIENTS WITH DIFFERENT FORMS OF IHD IN THE PERIOD JUNE-NOVEMBER 2022
Abstract
An analysis of 90 case histories of patients of the cardiology department who were on outpatient treatment for diseases of the cardiovascular system in June–November 2022 was analyzed. on the basis of GBUZ RM “RCH No. 4” in the city of Saransk.
The study was conducted according to the case histories, based on the diagnosis, the results of the medical examination, complaints of patients at the first visit and diagnosis and after the completion of the active phase of treatment. The severity of CHF depends on the form of coronary heart disease, the presence of comorbid pathology and concomitant diseases. Patients need to select rational combinations of drugs depending on the severity of CHF. In patients with a severe degree of CHF, the quality of life and working capacity are reduced, which makes this problem socially significant.
