PROBLEMS OF ENFORCEMENT OF LEGISLATION ON ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF PERSONS RELEASED FROM PRISON
Abstract
This article examines various aspects of the implementation of legislation on administrative supervision of persons released from prison, identified on the basis of studying the practice of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The study includes statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns of this work.
