CURRENT PROBLEMS OF THE INSTITUTE OF PATHERHOOD IN RUSSIA
Abstract
The family is the most important institution in the formation and development of the child. The father plays an important role in this process. But today many children are brought up in an incomplete family, usually without a father. In this regard, the article discusses the actual problems of the institution of paternity. In addition, the author analyzes the institution of paternity in foreign countries and compares it with the institution of paternity in Russia.
