Science and Innovation Center Publishing House is an independent publishing house founded in 2008. The publishing house specializes in the publication of scientific periodicals of various directions, as well as the publication of peer-reviewed monographs, textbooks, teaching aids, conference proceedings, educational and methodological literature. 

The goal of the Publishing House's Editorial Policy is to accumulate the best Russian and foreign articles reflecting the results of research, scientific-practical and innovative activities of researchers of universities and scientific organizations in Russia, CIS countries and far abroad, leading specialists of enterprises and organizations.

The desire for a broad discussion of problems and the policy of open access suggest that the journals of the publishing house seek to publish on their pages not only original scientific articles in Russian and English, containing the results of fundamental and theoretical and applied research, but also review articles by leading experts on the subject of journals, professional reviews of new books and scientific research, materials of scientific events, discussions and round tables devoted to the problems of the journal.

All editorial offices of journals work in accordance with the policy of international information openness, which includes communicating information about published articles to an unlimited circle.

To ensure the quality of published texts, journals have established strict ethical requirements for manuscripts that meet the standards of respected international associations, and also introduced "aggressive peer reviewing" - the principle of double-blind reviewing of all incoming materials. Articles accepted for publication go through a full cycle of editorial processing and proofreading.

Since 2016, the editorial offices of journals have been pursuing a policy of open access to peer-reviewed scientific publications (according to the Gold Open Access scheme - the texts of articles are available on the publisher's website without the need for registration), contributing to the improvement of information scientific exchange, as well as to increase the citation of works and, accordingly, the effectiveness of scientific activities authors published in journals.

All journals of the Science and Innovation Center publishing house are published in accordance with international rules approved by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics — http://publicationethics.org).

The publishing house cooperates with many universities in Russia and the CIS, is a partner and provides information support necessary for scientific events, holds a number of full-time national and international scientific and practical conferences.

The publishing house continues to develop dynamically, every year expanding the subject matter of published materials and releasing thematically new publications of various orientations.
