ЦИФРОВАЯ ЗАВИСИМОСТЬ У МЛАДШИХ ШКОЛЬНИКОВ: ФЕНОМЕНОЛОГИЯ, ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА И ПРОФИЛАКТИКА

Аннотация

В статье представлено теоретическое исследование феномена цифровой зависимости у детей младшего школьного возраста (7–11 лет) как формы поведенческой аддикции. Проанализированы современные представления о феноменологии данного явления, его признаках и негативных последствиях для развития ребенка. Выявляются биологические, психологические, социальные и технологические факторы риска формирования цифровой зависимости у младших школьников. Особое внимание уделено подходам к профилактике: обоснована необходимость био-психо-социальной модели, когнитивно-поведенческого подхода и модели развития цифровой грамотности как теоретических оснований профилактических программ.
