CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERPERSONAL BEHAVIOR OF TECHNICAL MANAGERS OF AN ORGANIZATION WITH DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the style of interpersonal behavior of technical managers with different professional experience. It is determined that managers with less professional experience are characterized by such characteristics of interpersonal behavior as power-leading, independent-dominant, straightforward-aggressive.
