PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES AND DISABILITIES
Abstract
The article was prepared within the framework of the State Assignment for the provision of public services (performance of works) according to the FSMF-2023-0008 project “Formation of motivation among students with disabilities and disabilities to master the profession of “technologist” in the higher education system”. The authors reveal the issues of the development of educational and professional motivation of students with disabilities and disabilities. The variants of psychological and pedagogical technologies that can be used by psychological services of educational institutions for the development of educational and professional motivation of students with disabilities and disabilities in the implementation of psychological and pedagogical support are considered. Scenarios for the use of technologies such as focus groups and film therapy are described in detail, which contribute to the development of the value-semantic component of motivation, the formation of personality subjectivity, which makes motivation more stable, and increases the effectiveness of educational and professional activities of students with disabilities.
